Plans are billed monthly in advance. Because the Service delivers digital content and compute immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as described below or where required by law.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. We don't provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period unless required by law.
Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Creem. For any billing question you can contact us at management@shortforge.co.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country (for example, EU/UK withdrawal rights for digital purchases).
