Are the videos unique?

Every video gets a fresh AI-written script and newly generated visuals, so no two are ever the same.

Can I edit the videos?

You choose the style, voice, caption style, length and topic before generating, and you can regenerate instantly. It's built for hands-off speed rather than timeline editing.

How do custom prompts work?

Just type your own idea or angle as the topic — the AI writes a complete, hook-first script around it.

How many videos can I create per day?

It depends on your plan: Starter 30/mo, Creator 120/mo, Agency 500/mo. You can spread them however you like.

Why am I not getting many views?

Views come from niche, hook, consistency and timing. Post daily, use strong hooks, and check the Trends tab in your dashboard for the styles, times and content types that are working right now.

Can I replace an existing series with a new one?

Absolutely — pause or delete any series and create a new one anytime from your dashboard.

How do I create a video?

Open the Dashboard → Create a series, or Tools → Single video. Pick your style, voice and length, then hit generate.

Can I adjust the video length?

Yes — choose Short (~15s), Medium (~30s) or Long (~45s).

Do I own the videos?

Yes. Videos you generate are yours to post, monetize and use commercially.

Does the platform support multiple languages?

Yes — scripts and captions can be generated in multiple languages. Natural AI voices are available for the major ones.

Are there any types of content that are not allowed?

Yes. No illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or misleading content, and nothing that breaks the platforms' rules. See our Acceptable Use policy.

Can this make long-form content?

No — ShortsForge is built specifically for short-form vertical videos (Shorts, Reels, TikTok).

What are image credits?

Each AI background image in a video uses image credits. Your plan includes a generous monthly allowance.

What are motion credits?

Real AI-motion video (actual movement, not still images) uses motion credits. Higher plans include more of them.

How does the membership work?

Pick a monthly or yearly plan. Each includes a set number of videos plus features, and renews automatically until you cancel.

Can I get a refund?

We generally don't offer refunds. The one exception: if a video doesn't come out right. If that happens, press the "⚠ Report this video" button on that video in your dashboard and our team will re-make it or credit you.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes — change your plan anytime from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect on your next cycle.

Can I have multiple plans?
