These terms apply to anyone who joins the ShortsForge affiliate program ("Affiliate"). By joining or sharing your referral link you agree to them, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You earn 30% of the net amount paid by each customer you refer, on every payment for the first 12 months after that customer's first paid purchase (subscription payments and token packs). "Net" means the amount actually received after refunds, chargebacks, and payment-processing and sales-tax deductions made by our Merchant of Record. Free accounts earn no commission.
A referral is credited to the last Affiliate link the customer clicked before subscribing, within 30 days of the click. We use cookies to track this. We may decline to credit referrals we cannot verify.
Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, then becomes payable. Commissions are paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once your payable balance reaches USD 50; smaller balances roll over. Commissions on payments that are refunded or charged back are reversed. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
Self-referrals (referring yourself or accounts you control), coupon or cookie stuffing, fraudulent or automated traffic, and any attempt to manipulate tracking are prohibited and void the related commissions.
Either party may end the relationship at any time. We may suspend or remove Affiliates who breach these terms and withhold commissions earned through a breach. We may change the commission rate, cookie window or these terms with notice by email or on this page; changes apply to customers who subscribe after the change, and existing referred customers keep the terms in force when they subscribed.
You are an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner, and cannot bind ShortsForge.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
